My brother created the hashtag #chorizoforpresident and I think it is brilliant. Chorizo is an amazing product that deserves a more prominent place in the ice boxes of America. Today, I share a recipe that uses chorizo as the base flavor for a sweet potato hash. Combine this with a pair of eggs and some guac and you have a breakfast fit for a king!
A good idea would be to make a large batch of the hash and freeze it in containers, then, thaw it out one portion at a time and give it a second heating in a pan before frying up a couple of fresh eggs and eating. Hash takes time and this will allow you to eat more of this amazing meal without needing 20-25 minutes each morning to prepare it. Make sense?

Sweet Chorizo Hash with Eggs and Guac
60 Second Guac
The goal with guacamole is to achieve a sour meets hot meets salty all carried by the amazing mouth feel of the sweet avocado.
This recipe is a very basic approach to guacamole. You can be as creative as you’d like and add anything from tomatoes to lettuce to mangoes. Get on with your bad self!!
